Once you’ve selected where or how you’d like to meet, click the ‘i’ for more information on appointment details e.g what the session includes, and does not include.

Availability
If you can’t find a suitable time to book in, then please email: admin@oomphhealth.co.nz with your preferred timing, and OOMPH will endeavour to accommodate you as best as possible.

In-person bookings:
An $80 deposit is required at the time of booking. This will be refunded in full if you cancel at least 36 hours notice prior to your scheduled booking. If however, you cancel within 36 hours of your scheduled booking you will not be entitled to a refund of your deposit. (This is due to there being set costs, and administration tasks, involved for Lisa to provide an in-person service.)

Online bookings
Full payment is required at the time of booking. This will be refunded in full if you cancel at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled booking. If however, you cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled booking you will be refunded your payment minus a $30 admin fee. (This is due to there being set administrative tasks, and necessary preparation involved for Lisa to provide this service.)

OOMPH has afterpay, and PayPal available.

Clients with a Southern Cross Health Insurance Wellbeing plan may be able to claim for consultations.

Once your appointment is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an email reminder (from Timely) one week out from your appointment (unless your booking is within the next seven days). You will always receive a text reminder (from Timely) the day before your appointment. Should you NOT receive these reminders, please double-check your appointment time and date.

Please be aware that Lisa uses HEIDI – a prominent AI-powered, Medical Scribe that assists health professionals by transcribing patient consultations, and helping to generate clinical notes.
