Once your appointment is approved, you will receive a confirmation email of the date, day, and time you booked (from Timely). Please double-check that this confirmation marries up with the appointment slot you think you booked in for.

Please note:
You will receive an email reminder (from Timely) one week out from your appointment (unless your booking is within the next seven days). You will always receive a text reminder (from Timely) the day before your appointment. Should you NOT receive these reminders, please double-check your appointment time and date.
