Clients with a Southern Cross Health Insurance Wellbeing plan may be able to claim for consultations.

Once your appointment is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an email reminder (from Timely) one week out from your appointment (unless your booking is within the next seven days). You will always receive a text reminder (from Timely) the day before your appointment. Should you NOT receive these reminders, please double-check your appointment time and date.

Please be aware that Lisa uses HEIDI – a prominent AI-powered, Medical Scribe that assists health professionals by transcribing patient consultations, and helping to generate clinical notes.
